Where we are with Covid and Journalism

How coaching has changed since the beginning of the Covid Pandemic

It’s been a difficult and intense period in the lives of journalists the last 3 or so years. At the beginning of lockdowns, I was in New York City coaching people at CNN (in NY and Washington, and Atlanta other cities) in person. I was also teaching at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, where I got my Master’s Degree. All of a sudden we were locked down and had to redefine how we did our work. I have made that transition and these days am mostly working from home in Boston and teaching classes at Emerson College’s Journalism Program. That has been a big success. We’ve all adjusted and while I now do some more traveling and in person coaching, the job is largely remote. And, I’ve been able to continue successfully #journalism#success#coaching teaching and coaching without interruption.
